Refunds/ Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with the items that you have received, we will offer an exchange or a refund, as long as

·      The goods are not damaged and are in the original packaging

·      The goods are returned to us within 28 days

However, for hygiene reason we can not offer an exchange or refund on toiletries, pierced earrings or perishable items unless they arrive damaged.

Postage costs will not be refunded.

Before you return an item please email info@inklingsofhungerford.com to find out where to return the item whilst the shop is closed during this lock down period.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item please email us within 48 hours to discuss how to return it. If when the item is returned we find it isn’t faulty we will not refund your postage charge.

For any returns we advise that you obtain a proof of posting as we will not provide a refund until the items have been received.  We will notify you of your refund once we have received the item

If the items are received in a non resaleable or damaged condition we reserve the right not to provide a refund and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to you.
